How Do I place an order?
Normally we have a Quotation sheet for you to confirm and after that, you can contact your sales person directly for an order number.

What's the minimum order?
We can print as few as 500 full colour plastic cards (offset printing). But normally for international business, we perfect to start from 2000pcs.

What types of files are accepted?
We accept the following files. Please contact us for details before sending us the unlisted file type.

1. Adobe Acrobat Document (*.pdf, before creating PDF files, please create outlines for all the fonts, or include the fonts you used in the artwrok)
2. Adobe Illustrator Artwork  (*.ai, please transfer texts into paths (create outlines)
3. Adobe Photoshop Image (*.psd, fonts must be included) 
4. Adobe Indesign (*.indd, please transfer texts into paths (create outlines)
5. Corel Draw! (*.cdr, please transfer texts into paths (create outlines)
6. Macromedia Fireworks (*.png, fonts must be included)
7. Macromedia Freehand (Please transfer texts into paths (create outlines)
8. Microsoft Publisher (*.pub,  fonts must be included for designs typeset in Publisher)
9. Microsoft Word (*.doc, fonts must be included)
10. Microsoft Powerpoint (*.ppt, fonts must be included)
11. Quark Express (*.qxd, fonts must be included for designs typeset in Quark Express)
12. PNG Image (*.png)
13. JPEG Image (*.jpg,*.jpeg)
14. TIFF Image Document (*.tif)

Artwork guidelines.

• The resolution of your artworks should at least be 300dpi (300 pixels per INCH or 118 pixels per CM) to create high quality printing matters.  If your image contains texts, we suggest you use higher resolution artwork up to 600dpi.
• A typical artwork of a plastic card should have 3mm bleed on each border.
• Texts in image formats (JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG) will not be printed as sharp as other formats with text layers like Corel Draw, Illustrator, Photoshop, PDF, Freehand, Indesign... We suggest you send us your source files with texts layers to us to get better printing result.  If you do not have the source files, please use higher resolution artwork up to 600dpi.
• If you have used special fonts (or Mac fonts), please send the TrueType TTF font files to us as well, to avoid any font problems, please transfer the texts into vector paths (create outlines).

What kind of plastic cards do we do?
We do all major plastic card types, you can see more samples on our website.

How do I upload an entire design?
There are four different ways to send us your own design. You can
Email us your your artwork by email, less than 100M.
Send your artwork to us by Skype/MSN.
Send us a mail with your CD/DVD/USB disk.

What methods of payment do you accept?
For big deal, we would like client to pay by Bank Transfer and for small project, we have MoneyBook account, you can wire from it's system online.

When is the turnaround time start to calculate?
From the day of the clearance of the payment and the confirmation of the proof of the artwork.
 
What is the lead time for producing member cards?
Normally it will take 5-7 days to produce standard cards less than 50000pcs.
