Plastic Card in China will never pass any of your personal details onto any other company.

We will never contact you with any other service or products other than those sold by Plastic Card in China. You will always be given the option to opt out and be removed from our mailing list.

The only personal items of information we hold are your email address and your name and address as entered on our enquiry forms.

Return Policy:

All Blank PVC cards, Magnetic cards, Blank IC cards, Ribbons and all Softwares sales are FINAL and cannot return or cancel to us if it has shipped out from our warehouse. You may try our Software with Free Trial versions before placing your orders, other Accessories or ID Printers must keep in unopen, sealed condition and received our RMA numbers from Plastic Card in China by E-Mail before you return the item back to us, Returned items may charge 20% restocking fees on your bill. Returned merchandises must received our RMA numbers by E-mail before you send back to us. However, from the Business relationship with our customers, we guaranteed all items are Brand new and packed from our warehouse. You have to read our policy carefully then place your orders!!
